Our Approach
How we work with clients
Direct access
You deal with Perry or Allan personally — not a rotating team of assistants.
Local knowledge
We track Orangeville and Erin pricing block by block, not just at the town level.
No pressure
We tell you what a home is actually worth, even when it’s not what you hoped to hear.
